Interior Department to Require COVID-19 Vaccinations for Staff at BIE-Managed Schools | WASHINGTON — To help ensure the safety of students, teachers and Tribal communities, the Department of the Interior announced today it will require staff and faculty at Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) facilities to be vaccinated against COVID-19. |

The Child Tax Credit | The Child Tax Credit in the American Rescue Plan provides the largest Child Tax Credit ever and historic relief to the most working families ever – and as of July 15th, most families are automatically receiving monthly payments of $250 or $300 per child without having to take any action. The Child Tax Credit will help all families succeed. |

The Comprehensive Center Network Region 13 Invites All BIE School Leaders and Staff to a Virtual Workshop | On September 2, 2021, BIE in partnership with the Comprehensive Center Network Region 13, will be conducting a virtual workshop on Strategic Use of the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Funds: Measuring the Impact and Cost Effectiveness of Selected Evidence-based Practices.
