The 2025 BIE School Improvement Summer Training will be held virtually from July 22 to 24, 2025. This year's theme is "The Why Behind the Work: Making Every Move Student-Centered."
This event focuses on student-centered school improvement through keynotes, breakout sessions, and practical tools across strands, including IDEA, ESSA, Data Quality, and the Chief Academic Office. This engaging, multi-strand training brings together educators and leaders to strengthen student outcomes for American Indian students by aligning ESSA and IDEA funding and programming, advancing School Improvement and Accountability, enhancing NASIS Data Quality, and promoting actionable, student-centered planning.
Designed for school teams and all BIE personnel involved in school improvement, the training offers actionable strategies and technical assistance to help drive student success.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Colleen Clark or Shilo Krolikowski.
